Certified and Experienced Instructors
Our instructors have certifications in different areas including Prenatal, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Sampoorna Yoga. Many of our instructors have decades of experience and are ready to teach your everything they know.
Flexible Schedule
Our studio has weekday and weekend classes that are available for everybody. No need to be at a particular experience or fitness level. We design our program around relaxing and renewing your body as well as your mind.
Clean and Sanitized Studio
Our studio is cleaned and sanitized after each class. Masks are not required for practice but encourage when moving around the studio. HEPA air filters run in the studio to help us filter and clean the air.
